Payment Methods
In our shop, you can choose the payment method that suits you best during checkout. The payment is processed via an encrypted connection – your card details are not stored with us.
The following payment methods are available
Credit and debit cards
Visa, Mastercard
Enter your card details at checkout. The payment will be confirmed and the amount is usually debited upon completion of the order.
PayPal
PayPal account
You will be redirected to PayPal and pay using your PayPal account. Your order will be processed after payment confirmation.
Google Pay
Android, Chrome
Payment using the card stored in Google Pay – without re-entering card details. Displayed if your device and browser support Google Pay.
Apple Pay
iPhone, iPad, Mac
Payment with Face ID or Touch ID on an iPhone, iPad or Mac in Safari. Displayed if your device supports Apple Pay.
Klarna
Invoice, instalments, instant payment
You will be redirected to Klarna. The available Klarna options will be displayed to you at checkout and depend on a check by Klarna.
Bank transfer (Prepayment)
On request
Possible if payment could not be successfully completed via another payment method. You will receive our bank details by email. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

Frequently asked questions about payment
When will the amount be debited? For payments by credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, the amount is usually debited directly upon completion of the order. For Klarna, the terms displayed at checkout apply. For prepayment, shipping takes place after receipt of your transfer.
My payment was declined – what now? Please check your card details and the available card limit or choose a different payment method. If payment is still not possible, please contact us – we will be happy to provide you with our bank details for a transfer.
Is the payment secure? Yes. Payment is processed via an encrypted connection. Your card details are processed exclusively by the respective payment provider and are not stored in our shop.
Will I receive an invoice? Yes, you will receive the invoice by email after your order has been shipped.
How does the refund process work for a return? The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order. Details on the right of withdrawal can be found on the page "Right of Withdrawal" in the shop's footer.
